Mini-project
With several long-term projects completed,
I decided to take it easy with a mini-project this morning…
When I was at the farm store this week, I got a pint of raw cream along with my raw milk for cheese-making (havarti this week).
When I got home, I saw that I had barely used the cream the I had purchased two weeks ago! So the old cream becomes butter, and the new cream becomes…?
It’s a project many kids do at school or scouts—shake a jar of cream until it clumps into butter.
Only it does take a LOT of shaking!
Eventually we got there!
