Welcome to the neighborhood!
I've been going back and forth to NJ monthly since November, where hubby and my younger daughter live. But, this week, my daughter moved to Maryland to start a new job!

While she's won't be super-close by, she can visit me in an hour and a half,
instead of the five hour drive from NJ!
She practiced her chicken-wrangling skills...
(needs work!)
We had fun strawberry picking yesterday,
and we checked out the full "Flower Moon" last night.
Hopefully, we will see a lot more of each other now!
