Oyster Odyssey

Dad is doing much better physically these days--his appetite has improved and he's doing his exercises again.  He's still sleeping a lot--and sometimes he has very vivid dreams.  

Yesterday, he said he spent the whole day at the waterfront.

It's no wonder, then, that he has been craving some seafood!  

He actually got cranky with me when I couldn't produce some oysters on demand.

I promised I would try to get some the next day....

  

Thank goodness for Thompson's!  

The first place I tried was out of oysters, 

so I headed in the opposite direction to St. Mary's County...
