My day off...

 

Probably tried to do way too much yesterday and I'm feeling it today.

But one fun thing I did was make it over to Darnall's Chance, one of the oldest dwellings around (built in 1742) to catch the last day of a quilt exhibit.  The building itself is exquisite, and the quilts were lovely with fun three-dimensional details and intricate appliqués.

It made me want to do some quilting!  Then, my family reminded me that I have a quilt in progress already--my wedding quilt, still unfinished after 41+ years.....
