Fruitful Afternoon

  I got home from all my errands about 3 pm today; my nephew was on Pops duty.   

So, do I relax for the rest of the day or try to get something more done...?

 Last year we planted three pear trees-they are still super tiny!  

  Yesterday's accomplishment was digging four tree-worthy holes in the field not far from the house.  My bare-root apple trees were delivered on Sunday, so I needed to get things moving!

To make the story short, I bit the bullet and planted our four new apple trees near the pears this afternoon.  I think we can officially call this an orchard now!
