π Day

 I kept seeing my family post all these amazing looking pies today.  Knowing I had a sister-made pie in the fridge already to share with Pops, I thought I'd coast on this one.

Finally, the guilt set in (even though it's almost my bedtime) and I caved in...

 I had some homemade ricotta in the fridge from my last cheese-making project (Squacquerone Cheese!), so I whipped up a Lemon Ricotta Cheesecake, I mean:  

Cheese-Pie! 

... and Juni got to lick the bowls
